CylinderinspectiontechnologyDrycylinderoperationstepsareasfollows 1.Whendischargingwaterattheendofthecylindertest,thebottlemouthshouldbekeptdownforaperiodoftimetomaketheresidualwaterinthebottleclean. 2.Setthebottlemouthdownward(orupward)onthedryingrack,insertthemetaltubeintothebottleabout150mmfromthebottomofthebottle,andconnectitwiththegaspipeline. 3.Connectthepowersupplyofblowerandelectricheatingfurnace;thetemperatureofhotaircomingoutofelectricheatingfurnacecanbeobservedfromthethermometerontheauxiliarypipe,whichisgenerallycontrolledat70-75profit.
