Cylinder inspection technology Dry cylinder operation steps are as follows

 

1. When discharging water at the end of the cylinder test, the bottle mouth should be kept down for a period of time to make the residual water in the bottle clean.

 

2. Set the bottle mouth downward (or upward) on the drying rack, insert the metal tube into the bottle about 150 mm from the bottom of the bottle, and connect it with the gas pipeline.

 

3. Connect the power supply of blower and electric heating furnace; the temperature of hot air coming out of electric heating furnace can be observed from the thermometer on the auxiliary pipe, which is generally controlled at 70-75 profit.

 

When the temperature is too high, the power supply of the heating furnace should be cut off and connected after the temperature is lowered. Each batch of cylinders is dried for about 20-30 minutes.

 

4. After unloading the cylinder from the drying rack, check the drying condition in the bottle by means of a small bulb. If it has been thoroughly dried, the bottle valve can be assembled.
